PURPOSE
The General Conditions regulate the access and use by any person (“user”) of the pages included in the web domain http: http://if-institute.org, owned by Insight Foresight Institute and the contents and services included in it.
The access or use to this website by the User implies the commitment and acceptance of the General Conditions. For this reason, it is suggested that the user reads them carefully every time he/she enters the website of Insight Foresight Institute.

The User accesses the website under his own responsibility. The content and services presented through the website are intended to inform about the activities developed by Insight Foresight Institute.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Insight Foresight Institute ensures compliance with current regulations regarding the protection of personal data, reflected in the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in the Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, amending Regulation Development of LOPD.
The access and use of the website does not imply the collection of personal data of the User by Insight Foresight Institute. However, in accordance with current legislation regarding the protection of personal data, the data voluntarily provided by the user, by enrolment and / or completion of the registration form, profile, CV or via email, will be incorporated for treatment, to a properly registered file owned by Insight Foresight Institute, with the purpose to identify and contact the User and provide any information requested.
Any personal data of users collected is not sensitive in nature and it will not be disclosed to other organizations; with the exception that the transfer of data is covered in a legal obligation or the provision of a service implies the possibility or the need for a contractual relationship with a processor.

When user logs in the website via Linkedin, we collect from this third part the user name and email used to identify the user and provide access to the service.
Google analytics is used for analyzing the website use.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions are subject to Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any conflict that may arise from access to the website, the User and Insight and Foresight Institute, agree to submit to the courts of the city of Madrid.
