Elena Barrenetxea (ES)

Elena Barrenetxea is a research assistant with IFI. She is pursuing a degree in Economics and International Business at the University of Alcalá. It is worth mentioning that her Thesis Project is carried out in collaboration with IFI due to Elena’s interest in decarbonization, a field in which the consultancy has been working for some time.

Regarding technical skills, Elena stands out for her proficiency in three languages: English, Spanish, and Basque. Additionally, she has completed her university degree in English, which has facilitated the acquisition of technical vocabulary.

Isidro Navalón (ES)

Isidro Navalón is an economist with a master’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, and Industrial Organization. His career has focused on strategic human resources consulting, gaining extensive experience in leading multinational companies in distribution and consulting.

In 2011, he founded and now directs Experience and Wiser, a consultancy firm specialized in strategic human talent management. Under his leadership, the company has completed hundreds of projects in areas such as talent identification, selection, and development, as well as organizational design, workplace climate, and total compensation strategies. His approach combines a focus on achieving efficient results with the development of employees’ skills and motivation, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that create value for both companies and their teams.

Additionally, Isidro is an enthusiastic and professional participant in the academic field, collaborating with prestigious institutions such as EAE Business School and UNIE, where he shares his extensive experience and strategic vision with future leaders and professionals.

Olga Ramírez (ES)

Olga Ramírez is managing partner at Experience and Wiser, a strategic consulting and human capital firm that helps companies align their talent management with their strategic objectives. With a solid track record in leadership and executive assessment, she has advised various companies on recruitment processes, talent evaluation, and career reorientation for senior executives.

Her expertise in Buen Gobierno Corporativo has led her to obtain certification from the Instituto de Consejeros y Administradores (IC-A), in addition to serving as an independent board member and Senior Advisor in three different companies. Throughout her career, she has been closely linked to the technology sector, gaining extensive knowledge in telecommunications, space, ICT, and cybersecurity.

Olga is an economist specializing in Econometrics and holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including an MBA and several master’s degrees in Business Strategy and Telecommunications Management. Additionally, she has built a distinguished teaching career at institutions such as IE Business School and European University, among many others. Committed to promoting STEM vocations, she actively participates in outreach initiatives and collaborates with organizations and media to inspire future generations in the technology and scientific fields.
