Activation
The dormant and dispersed competencies of the ecosystem can be harnessed and stimulated to launch new initiatives and promote entrepreneurial culture. Information flows can be activated through mutual learning within and across ecosystems. To spinoff and scaleup promising ecosystem activities it is everything but trivial how such advances are communicated to gain wider interest and build supportive culture. Communicating the plans, findings and achievements in society leads to wider impact and creates transformative culture.
Seamless communication measures from the beginning to the end of any initiatives benefit from and build on social media campaigns, challenge competitions, event management, press conferences and interviews, cross platform publishing, press packages, website and multimedia production.
Alignment
The number and diversity of actors engaged in complex ecosystems create immense challenges of alignment that are not often addressed in a coordinated manner. Alignment steps in to activate the ecosystem, to raise the ambition level of key stakeholders to make the ecosystem more dynamic and capable of launching ambitious initiatives that scale up quickly.
Various measures of alignment such as high-profile meetings and events as well as Idea and Policy Labs can be organised to engage with international thought leaders and key stakeholders crucial for the ecosystem transformation by way of cross-feeding, challenging and gaining strategic alignment and commitment among key stakeholders.
